A while ago I have started my own business. This is not a big firm. I would say it is pretty small. We operate just in our local district and we provide one of those services which are pretty popular and everyone uses from time to time. There is only one problem with that branch – the competition is very hard. Additionally, all competitors provide exactly same services at a similar price. In that industry, there is no place for different services neither for its modifications.

There is also no possibility to leave the price as it is already on the verge of profitability. So, as you can see there was no choice. Even if our service was great and our employee was super proffesional and helpful, there was a high chance that the client doesn’t remember our name in a few months, when will be in need to use that kind of service again. Earlier we even conducted a tiny research which confirmed it! So, after many discussions and brainstorming in our office, we decided about two crucial issues.

To start with, we need to to have a name which is greatly easy to remember so clients could easily recall it always when they have to use our service again. However, it is not so easy as it might seem to be. Most of the companies have quite easy names. The main problem is that easy doesn’t necessarily mean easy to remember. Consequently, we have made a decision to choose just 1 word. This word is directly connected with our industry and services. Actually, it is actually the first word that comes into your mind when you wonder about that kind of services.

Secondly, we came to a conclusion that we will to create banners. But that was not only creating banners. Many firms have banners but this doesn’t automatically mean that clients remember them and are able to recognize them. As I said, our aim was that our clients totally remember us.
